This site is a combination of blog posts of various perspectives, as well as articles directly from the printed version; shared here for you, the viewer...the witness, NAY...the purpose. 

QUOI is an answer to an open ended question.

The infinite space between the spark of a notion, and the debate that happens inside someones head clashed with the influences of an outside world. This is a space for those who ponder the seemingly mundane and wonder why, for those who fixate on ideas that are not seen or heard by others, and for those who simply need to express an abstract idiosyncrasy.
